Linda – 2-3 year old Poodle or Cockapoo, being fostered in Gloucestershire in an adult home with another dog and visiting grandchildren.
This beautiful little soul came into our care after being found as a stray near Bristol. She had no microchip, and sadly, no one came forward for her during her time in the pound.
Luckily for Linda, we had a wonderful foster home ready and waiting. After serving her seven days, she left the pound with her little companion Bobby – a timid fellow she had bonded closely with during their time there. Though very different in personality, they balanced each other beautifully – Bobby in particular relied heavily on Linda’s steady, confident presence.
From the moment Linda arrived, it was clear she had lived in a home before. She settled in with ease, already house-trained, friendly, and affectionate. She travels well in the car, walks nicely on the lead, and greets both people and other dogs with gentle enthusiasm.

We can only assume that perhaps she was no longer wanted for breeding – but she shows no signs of mistreatment and has remained the kindest, most loving girl.

Linda has taken Bobby under her wing and is a wonderful little nurturer. The two spend their days playing together, snuggling up, and grooming one another – a sweet friendship that has truly helped Bobby find his feet.

It would be so lovely to find them a forever home together – they really are a special pair. But if the right home with another friendly, playful dog comes along for Linda, we’re open to that too. What matters most is that she continues to have canine companionship and a loving, stable home.
Linda is now spayed, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and has started her vaccinations.
